This fee covers the setup and verification of your organization’s account. Once completed, all future enrollments for your organization are setup-fee free — you will only pay per seat for each cohort.

Organization Account Verification
Your organization is verified by EIN and established in our system as an approved Community Edition partner.
Organization Profile Creation
Your organization is set up in our enrollment system, allowing seamless seat assignments for all current and future cohorts.
Enrollment Records on File
All future enrollments are tracked under your organization — making reporting, certificate issuance, and cohort management straightforward.
One-Time Only
This fee is charged once per organization, verified by EIN. Returning organizations are never charged the setup fee again regardless of how many cohorts they enroll.
Step 2 — Program Enrollment: After your setup fee is processed and your organization is verified, you will receive a separate payment link to complete your seat enrollment for your selected program and cohort.
EIN Verification: Your organization’s Employer Identification Number (EIN) was collected during the quote process. This is used to verify your account and ensure the setup fee waiver applies to all future enrollments under the same EIN.
