Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any program offered by Straight To The Point Solutions, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, do not enroll or access our training platform. These terms apply to all participants, including general public enrollees and workforce program participants.

Program Access

Upon enrollment and payment, you are granted access to your selected training program for the life of the AI Straight To The Point™ platform. This access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to the registered participant only.

Workforce participants are subject to additional time-limited access windows as specified by their program sponsor or agency. Access windows are as follows:

• Essentials (15-lesson) programs: 20 days from enrollment date
• Advanced (30-lesson) programs: 35 days from enrollment date

Access for workforce participants will be discontinued upon expiration of the access window regardless of completion status.

Refund Policy

General public enrollees are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted to help@sttpsolutions.com within this window. No refunds will be issued after 48 hours of purchase.

Workforce participants enrolled through an agency or program sponsor are not eligible for individual refunds. Billing and refund arrangements for workforce enrollments are managed between Straight To Point, LLC and the sponsoring agency.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use this platform for lawful educational purposes only. You may not:

• Share your login credentials or access with any other person
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or resell any course materials
• Record or download any portion of the training for redistribution
• Use the platform or its content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract course content programmatically

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, program content, branding, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Straight To Point, LLC DBA Straight To The Point Solutions. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any content. Your enrollment grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own educational development only.

No Professional Advice

All content is provided for educational and skill development purposes only. Nothing in our training programs constitutes legal, financial, medical, technical, or professional advice. Results depend entirely on your participation and application of the material.

Platform Availability

We strive to maintain continuous platform availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Straight To Point, LLC is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party platform providers, internet outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a platform migration, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or transfer your access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Straight To Point, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the training platform or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from your enrollment shall not exceed the amount you paid for your program.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants of material changes.
