Request Training Authorization
Ask your case manager to confirm your eligibility and gather the following required documents before submitting:
Workforce Authorization — ITA voucher, referral form, or eligibility letter from your case manager
Photo ID — government-issued photo identification (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID)
Work Authorization — document confirming your eligibility to work in the U.S. (Social Security card, birth certificate, Employment Authorization Document, or passport)

Watch for Your Enrollment Confirmation
Our team will review your authorization document within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email confirming your enrollment or letting you know if anything additional is needed.

Complete Your Workforce Readiness Modules & Post-Assessment
After finishing your daily AI training program, your enrollment is not yet complete. You will move into the Career Success & Workforce Readiness Online Training Program (WIOA) — 7 additional guided modules designed to put your new AI skills to work in your real career.
💡 For Information Purposes Only — The 7 Workforce Readiness Modules are not graded and you will not be tested on them during your post-assessment. Read through them at your own pace, use what applies to your situation, and complete the reflection activities. The post-assessment covers your AI training only.
