You will need two things:
1. An active email address — use the same email address you provided to your organization. This becomes your login. 2. Your program selection — choose your program and training length below before completing registration.

Choose from the 6 available programs below. Select either the 15-Day (20 hours) or 30-Day (40 hours) version. Your selection determines which course is released for you.

Step 2 — Before Day 1
Complete Your Pre-Assessment Check-In
Before your training begins you will complete a short ungraded check-in. No right or wrong answers — no pass/fail. It simply helps your organization understand where you are starting from.

Step 3 — Your Training
One Lesson Per Day — 15 to 30 Minutes
Each day one new lesson unlocks in your course portal. Work through it at your own pace. No live sessions, no set times, no pressure. Consistency matters more than speed.

Step 4 — Final Step
Post-Assessment Check-In & Certificate
After completing all lessons you will complete a final ungraded check-in — same questions as the start. Your Certificate of Completion appears on your screen automatically when you finish. A copy is also sent to your email. No pass/fail. You earn it by finishing.

📝 Your Assessments Are Ungraded
The pre and post check-ins are not tests. There are no right or wrong answers and no pass/fail requirement. Your responses help your organization track how participants grew through the program. Your individual answers are kept confidential.
💻 How to Log In After Registering
After you complete registration, watch for a confirmation email from info@sttpsolutions.com. It will contain your login link and instructions to access your course. Use the same email address you registered with every time you log in.
🏅 Your Certificate
Your Certificate of Completion is issued automatically when you finish all lessons. It appears on your screen and a copy is sent to your email. No pass/fail — you earn it by completing the program.
